Refund policy

Order Cancellation:

  • Free cancellation before processing. Contact within 1 hour for best success.
  • 10-20% cancellation fee if packaging or shipping has started or if order has been shipped.
  • Cannot edit address once shipped.


  • 14-day return policy for store credit or refund from delivery date.
  • Return/refund for damaged/defective items within 5 days.
  • Items must be unused, in same condition and original packaging.
  • Customer pays return shipping.

Refunds (if applicable):

  • Approval or rejection notified by email.
  • Credit card refund in roughly 15 days, processing time may vary.
  • PayPal or bank transfer refunded to original account.
  • Original shipping costs only refunded if all items returned.

Store Credit:

  • Code provided for total value of returned items.
  • Can be used one time within 3 months.
  • Not cumulative with other store credits.
  • Must be used in its entirety for an order of equal or less value.

Late or missing refunds:

  • Check bank and credit card first.
  • Contact bank if refund not received after processing time.
  • Contact FORVANITY if still not received.

Sale items:

  • Regular priced items only can be refunded.
  • Sale items cannot be refunded.
  • No returns from third-party retailers.


  • Only defective items will be replaced.
  • Contact FORVANITY for exchange of the same item.


  • Gift credit for value of return if item was marked as gift and shipped to recipient.
  • Gift certificate mailed after returned item received.
  • If not marked as gift or shipped to gift giver, refund sent to gift giver.

Return Terms & Conditions:

  • Security tag must be intact and attached.
  • Items must not have been worn, washed, altered, or show signs of use.
  • Soles of footwear must be perfect and unmarked.
  • Items must be returned in original condition with all labels, tags, packaging, and accessories.
  • Shoes and accessories must be returned with original boxes.
  • Intimate apparel and swimwear must be tried on over underwear.
  • Perishable items, home items with damage, and electronic devices cannot be returned.
  • Returns must be packaged in original box or suitable manner.
  • In case of defective or incorrect merchandise, contact FORVANITY with photographic evidence if requested.
  • Gift cards and some health and personal care items non-returnable.
  • Returns subject to exceptions and 10-20% administrative fee may be deducted for unauthorised returns.
  • Customer pays return shipping and FORVANITY is not responsible for lost returns.
  • Right to cancel/return within 14 days for any reason if shipping to the European Union.

Important Information:

  • FORVANITY does not resell returned items and will be delivered to Switzerland for resale, charity or outlet.
  • FORVANITY is not responsible for lost returns.
  • Use a trackable shipping method with proof of delivery or tracking number.
