Shipping policy

ForVanity ships from its warehouses in Europe, Asia, and the United States using shipping services provided by UPS, DHL, EMS, USPS, FEDEX, and other carriers.

Please add your phone number since some Shipping Services also need it for a better shipment strategy and logistics.

The shipping duration rarely exceeds 7 to 15 days. The estimated shipping time provided at checkout is just that—an estimate. Free shipping takes 7 to 18 days to reach its destination.

Weather delays, problems with international customs, COVID-19-imposed laws and restrictions, or any other unforeseen events are not the responsibility of For Vanity. We cannot cancel orders that have already shipped out.

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with a tracking number once we shipped your order. Sometimes, due to using more than one currier Service the tracking is updated later.

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order placing over 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes arrive in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

For Vanity, are not liable if you place the incorrect address during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address are correct before processing your order. If we have made an error, we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.

Customs Fees

We are not responsible for any import or custom fees associated with your order. Please check with your country’s regulations to see if there will be any additional costs. This includes any import fees for orders sent with International Standard Shipping. By purchasing our products, you consent we may ship one or more packages to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.
