Returns & Refund Policy

Order cancellation

If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Returns 

If for any reason clients are not satisfied with an order, we can return the items for Size/Color Exchange, Store Credit or Refund within 14 days of the order’s delivery date.

If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We will also provide a return/refund policy for any damaged or defective items as long as any claims are placed within the agreed upon 5 days of the item being received.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return Instructions

    1. To request a return, send us a message on Contact Us page. Next, describe and provide information about the items you wish to return and the desired type of return. Once completed, FORVANITY.COM will send a confirmation email with the Return Authorisation Number (RAN), the shipping label, and instructions for the return shipment.
    2. You will pay for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable. If you receive a refund, we will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund. All consequent costs will be the Client’s responsibility.
    3. Returns must be shipped within 14 days of the order’s delivery date.

 

Types of Returns:

Size/Color Exchange

We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@forvanity.com. We can exchange items only when a different size or a different color of the same Item Code is available. The new item will be eligible for return through the same return procedure.

Store Credit

As soon as the return has been processed, the Client will receive a code for the total value of the returned items, which may be used on future purchases. Original shipping costs incurred will only be included in the Store Credit amount if all items from the order are returned.

Store Credit:

- can be used one time only within three months of the return;                                - is not cumulative with other Store Credits;                                                              - must be used in its entirety for an order that is equal to or less than the value of the Store Credit.

Refunds (if applicable)

 Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items are received and inspected. We will send you an email to notify you we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund by FORVANITY.COM.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically apply to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

-For orders paid by Credit Card, the refunded amount will be available to Clients in roughly 15 days and within their next billing statement. Processing time may vary depending on the Credit Card Company.

-Orders paid by PayPal, Alipay, WeChat Pay or by Bank Wire Transfer will be refunded to the original account.

-Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase.Any differences in the amount refunded are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed. Any original shipping costs incurred will only be refunded to the Client if all the items purchased in the order are returned.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@forvanity.com. 

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@forvanity.com.

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Return Terms & Conditions

  • The Security Tag must still be intact and attached to returned items. Items must not have been worn, washed or altered, and must not show any signs of use. Soles of footwear must be in perfect condition and must not be marked.
  • Items must be returned with all original labels and tags still attached, packaging and other accessories (dust bags, hangers, garment covers, etc.), received with the order.
  • Shoes and other accessories must be returned with their original boxes, which must not be damaged and/or altered or used as the external parcel for the shipment.
  • Swimwear (bikini bottoms, swim shorts or briefs) and intimate apparel (briefs, boxers) must be tried on over underwear. Items that have any sign of use or wear will not be accepted and will be returned to the Client.
    • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. 
    • Items from the HOME area must be returned in perfect condition, with no damage, scratches or dents. If an item from the Home area is delivered damaged, please contact us to receive instructions for the return.
      Items must be returned in their original packaging with all original accessories, components and instructions. They must be packaged in the same suitable manner in which they were received.               
    • Telephones and other electronic devices cannot be returned or exchanged if open.                                                                                                                     
    • Returns must be packaged in the original box, which must be securely sealed with adhesive tape. In case the original box is no longer available, clients may use another type of packaging suitable for the shipment of FORVANITY.COM items.                                                                                        
    • In the case of defective or incorrect merchandise, we invite clients to immediately contact support@forvanity.com. FORVANITY.COM reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorising a return for full reimbursement of shipping and import fees.                                                   
    • Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards, downloadable software products, some health and personal care items 
    • In the case that the return shipment requires pickup or the payment of any added fees, FORVANITY.COM reserves the right to refuse returns sent with a different courier than specified in the confirmation email.                                
    • FORVANITY.COM reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorised and/or not sent in accordance with the Return Policy detailed on the website. In the case of unauthorised or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order. If an unauthorised return is accepted, FORVANITY.COM will deduct a 10-15% administrative/re-stocking fee from the refund.                      
    • Exceptions from the right of withdrawal for contracts concluded on the website FORVANITY.COM are excluded if FORVANITY.COM provides indication to the consumer directly on the item page or if FORVANITY.COM deems the reasons appropriate and justified.
    • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
    • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
    • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 
      • You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
