Returns: We accept returns 

  • General Returns: 14-30-day return policy from the delivery date. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
  • Condition: Items should be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging.
  • Damaged/Defective Items: Report within 5 days for return/refund.
  • Third-Party Purchases: No returns accepted from third-party retailers.
  • Return Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping.
  • Sale Items: No returns or refunds for final sale items.

Order Cancellation:

  • Free Cancellation: Free cancellation before processing.
  • Cancellation Fee: 10-20% fee applies if packaging/shipping has begun or if the order has been shipped.
  • Address Changes: Cannot edit the shipping address once the order has shipped.

Refunds:

  • Eligibility: Notification of approval or rejection sent via email.
  • Processing Time:
    • Credit Card: Approximately 15 days.
    • PayPal, Alipay, WeChat Pay, Bank Wire Transfer: Refunded to the original account.
  • Amount: 20% deducted for taxes and shipping. Original shipping costs refunded if all items are returned.
  • Shipping Costs: Only refunded if all items in the order are returned.

Store Credit:

  • Validity: Single use within 3 months.
  • Usage Restrictions: Not cumulative with other credits. Must be used in its entirety.

Exchanges

  • Damaged Items Only: Email us for exchanges.

Gifts:

  • Returns: Gift credit if marked and shipped as a gift; otherwise, refund to the gift giver.

  • All items must be unused, in original condition with tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • Unauthorized returns may incur a 10-20% administrative fee.
